Service Management Center suite of products in July. Many components of this updated package solution - ranging from business process management to network management - were enhanced with new functionality and more tightly integrated to give IT and business departments an up-to-the-minute picture of their processes, performance indicators, and IT components.

A host of new features makes monitoring of service and business process across multiple sites even more effective. IT workers can rely on innovative visualization techniques that use intelligent optical filters to help them quickly identify problems or bottlenecks in mission-critical IT systems as well as their effects on the company's business processes. The local, 64-bit-based in-memory cache structures streamline the real-time processing of the mass data that commonly accumulates in IT service solutions.
