Moxa Europe has just launched the French version of their global website: www.moxa.com/fr.
The website´s main objectives complement Moxa´s strategy to expand their presence in Europe. The website should help to build awareness of the European organization in of the main local markets and increase the French customers´ awareness of local product promotions, services and specials.
Some of the content, like technical support pages or product accessories will link back to Moxa´s global website to ensure the most accurate updates at any time.
The website enables Moxa Europe to distribute information to customers and the local media by automation of local enquiries, online information and downloads like press releases or success stories, saving them both time and effort. Moreover, local events can be presented and managed through promotion and easy online registration.
Finally, the website will support the gathering of market research by collecting information on customers through analysis of the site usage statistics, or by online surveys.
Currently, Moxa Europe has three offices, in Unterschleissheim near Munich, in Paris, and in Stockholm. The plan is to expand the number of offices in Europe gradually over the next three to five years. The German Moxa website can be found under www.moxa.com/de.
